Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned such as earrings and ear cuffs due to the hygiene concern for each valued customer. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Return policies

To start a return, you can contact us at info@yeatesar.shop. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, send an email to info@yeatesar.shop within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Please send us the photo of the defective item(s) and state your order number, style, and colour, and the reason for your return. Goods must be returned in the same condition as when received with tags on, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, the shipment must be returned via trackable delivery.

If your return is accepted, we does not refund costs for shipment in case of return. Returns and exchanges will not be permitted after 7 days from the date of receipt.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception, if the package and/or contents are damaged when you receive it, please report it to the courier service and us on the same day. Yeatesar is not responsible for goods damaged in transit. We always pack the goods with utmost care to minimize the risk of cargo damage.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
